What you'll do
Executive Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives , aligning their long-term strategic goals with the Celonis technical vision.
Strategic Architecture & Roadmap: Lead the overarching data, cloud, and innovation strategy for our largest global accounts, utilizing methodologies like Capability Mapping to identify high-value opportunities.
Innovation Leadership: Architect "first-of-a-kind" solutions using emergent technologies like Agentic AI to solve complex enterprise challenges.
Sales & Business Impact: Partner with Sales and Value Engineering driving revenue through new customer acquisition and strategic up-selling.
Product Advocacy: Act as a critical feedback loop between our Product & Engineering teams and the market, ensuring the voice of the customer shapes our future offerings.
Thought Leadership: Develop and deliver customer-facing position papers, assets, and presentations that establish our brand as a leader in architecture and innovation.
What they're looking for
- Experience: 15 to 20 years of relevant experience, ideally having served as a: CTO at a consulting firm, as Field CTO at a software vendor, or Director/VP of Enterprise Architecture within a major corporation.
- Strategic Communication: Proven track record of presenting complex technical visions to C-suite stakeholders in a way that emphasizes business value.
- Modernization Expertise: Deep experience in Enterprise Modernization , EA Methodologies , and a robust understanding of Agentic AI .
- Technical Versatility: Ability to pivot from high-level architecture diagrams to hands-on demo.
