What you'll do
Drive regional restaurant acquisition: Map, prospect, pitch, and close high-value restaurant partners across Sevenoaks and Royal Tunbridge Wells to expand our local marketplace selection.
Execute strategic business development: Engage directly with independent restaurants via physical visits, phone calls, emails, and social platforms to demonstrate the commercial value of Deliveroo’s technology.
Own the commercial onboarding journey: Oversee the end-to-end partner onboarding process to ensure it is fast, efficient, and seamless for new partners.
Secure early partner success: Actively support and monitor new restaurant performance within their first eight weeks on the platform to maximise their long-term growth.
Act as a local territory expert: Build deep insight into the regional food scene, identifying up-and-coming culinary trends and key brands that local customers crave.
Proven new business acquisition: Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of actively targeting new business and consistently delivering against demanding commercial targets.

- Commercial negotiation skills: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to handle negotiations, understand marketplace economics, and structure profitable, sustainable deals.
- Effective communication: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills across face-to-face, telephone, and written channels.
- Autonomy and field-based resilience: A self-motivated, tenacious approach with the ability to work independently and spend significant time out on the road meeting prospects.
- Mobility requirement: Possession of a valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle to facilitate travel across Sevenoaks, Royal Tunbridge Wells, and surrounding areas.
