What you'll do
Synthesize and distill financial data and provide important insights for leadership
Partner closely with business partners from product management, engineering,: legal, partnerships, and accounting to evaluate new products, communicate performance vs. budgets and forecasts, and identify action items
Prepare key financial decks weekly, monthly, and quarterly; highlight: actionable trends and insights for Brokerage product team leads
Construct P&L, unit economic, and cash flow models and summarize finance recommendations for business partners
Assist in improving and simplifying processes, drive standardization, and: build scalable solutions to support the next wave of Robinhood's growth
