What you'll do
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable (invoices).
Managing and actively following up on queries in the central finance inbox.
Executing operational tasks and controls within expense management systems such as Pleo and Ramp.
Proactively identifying opportunities and advising on automating and: optimizing financial operations using AI tools.
Supporting the finance team with various day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
Available for 16 hours per week, with flexible hours (preferably set at fixed moments).
What they're looking for
- Currently pursuing at least a Bachelor's degree (e.g., in Finance,: Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field).
- At least 1 year of accounting experience (such as processing bank: transactions and accounts payable/receivable).
- Someone with advanced proficiency in Dutch, capable of working with Dutch accounting and banking systems.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with various AI tools, such as Gemini,: Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT, to enhance productivity and process efficiency.
