What you'll do
Support day-to-day IOS operations while identifying and managing operational: risk across compliance and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and risk management: capabilities, recommending solutions backed by data analysis
Partner with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to: build technology solutions that support institutional operations at scale
Analyze data sets and deliver recommendations grounded in sound quantitative reasoning
Collaborate with fellow interns on a group project solving a real business: problem, presenting findings and solutions to the leadership team
Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in business, management, finance,: accounting, or a related discipline
What they're looking for
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with capacity to identify second-order: effects and streamline processes accordingly
- Proven willingness to engage cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate in team settings
- Familiarity with finance or banking concepts, with interest in crypto and digital assets
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver: business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
