We are looking for an experienced backend-leaning full-stack engineer to build and scale the voice systems at the core of ElevenLabs.
What you'll do
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer: experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech,: music, image, and video across 70+ languages.

- Strong backend engineering experience building and scaling high-traffic production systems.
- Strong system design and database fundamentals, including data modelling,: concurrency, migrations and security.
- Experience operating production services, with strong debugging, monitoring and failure recovery skills.
- Independent ownership, clear communication and the drive to ship quickly,: with confidence working across the stack.
