- Have strong full-stack engineering skills and experience shipping: customer-facing products from concept to production to refinement.
- Strong product instincts and a track record of turning ambiguous ideas into successful products.
- Experience building developer tools, SaaS products, workflow systems,: collaboration tools, or AI-powered products.
