What you'll do
Performs general maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and HVAC: systems across a variety of basic trades, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
Repairs, replaces, and maintains fixtures and building components, including: sinks, toilets, lighting fixtures, switches, doors, locks, windows, flooring, and structural elements.
Patches and repairs walls and surfaces; performs painting and other routine building maintenance as needed.
Conducts general maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment, machinery, and HVAC units.
Assists with Real Property Inventory activities and maintains accurate: information regarding assigned facilities and equipment.
Follows company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable government regulations.

- Performs other duties as assigned to support base operations and mission requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related maintenance or facilities experience.
- Strong English communication skills with demonstrated customer service and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume: environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
