The opportunity

Full-Time | Travel Required | Pembroke, NH | South Windsor, CT

What you'll do

  • Direct and oversee regional Transmission & Distribution operations, ensuring: alignment with company and divisional objectives.

  • Establish and execute strategic initiatives in partnership with the Regional: Vice President and senior leadership team.

  • Provide leadership and direction to Regional Managers, Project Managers, and operational teams.

  • Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while: maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Support project teams in resolving complex operational and project-related challenges.

  • Lead and support troubled project recovery efforts when necessary.
