What you'll do

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve DG policies, procedures, and: controls for air, ocean, and ground transportation

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on IATA, 49 CFR, IMDG, and related U.S. and international DG regulations

  • Conduct internal audits of processes and documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance

  • Drive scalable solutions and metric-based continuous improvement that reduce risk and support business growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, industry associations, and key partners

  • Partner with senior leadership across organizations to align policy, risk posture, and operational controls

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • + years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management
  • + years of hands-on experience managing air, ground, and ocean dangerous goods shipments
