  • Coordinate with Engineering teams and Technical Program Management on: compliance assessments and audits driven by Samsara original equipment manufacturer (OEM) commercial vehicle partners, from intake through completion.

  • Partner closely with the Application Security (AppSec) team on threat: modeling and firmware analysis work, translating compliance requirements into concrete, actionable engineering solutions.

What they're looking for

  • Own Samsara’s FirstNet Program and annual certification activities.
  • Research and propose solutions to compliance gaps, weighing trade-offs and: communicating risk clearly to engineering partners.
  • Take part in customer and auditor conversations on Samsara device security: posture, building toward owning these interactions independently.
  • Identify and build automation surrounding audit requirements and evidence gathering.
