What you'll do
Circuit Ownership: Design and release assigned analog, digital, power, interface, or protection circuits within low-voltage ECUs.
Design Evidence: Complete calculations, simulations, schematic reviews, component derating, tolerance analysis, and characterization.
Prototype Validation: Define bench tests, bring up prototypes, analyze results, and close discrepancies against requirements.
Design Robustness: Maintain DFMEA and DVP&R actions and address EMC, thermal, reliability, and manufacturability risks.
Supplier and Factory Support: Resolve board, component, contract-manufacturer, and production issues with disciplined root-cause methods.
Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate interfaces with Systems, Software, Mechanical, ADAS, Validation, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- + years of related professional hardware-engineering experience, or an: advanced degree without professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with schematic design, board bring-up, oscilloscopes,: DMMs, and structured circuit troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of analog and digital electronics, power supplies,: communication interfaces, and component selection.
