The opportunity
The Tactical Recon and Strike (TRS) team at Anduril develops aerial small drones (Group 1-3) and all equipment to test, deploy and operate. The team is responsible for taking products like Ghost, Bolt, Anvil, and Altius from paper sketches to operational systems.
What you'll do
Own all aspects of business operations and infrastructure, ensuring business: development, engineering, and production teams have what they need when they need it to execute
Serve as the General Manager’s chief strategist to balance resource and: execution risk against our massive growth plans, regularly monitoring financials to help guide us toward our profitability targets
Translate growth signals into demand across all operational infrastructure: including staffing, real estate, test ranges, classified infrastructure, and production and collaborate with cross-functional partners across Anduril to deliver
Own the business line’s governance structure from business reviews to annual: planning and employee onboarding to all hands, developing and evolving information pathways as the organization scales
Collaborate closely with division leadership to evolve the organizational: structure and define and implement strong hiring, onboarding, and execution standards for key functions so we maintain a culture of “doing things differently”
Execute on special projects, evolve internal processes, spearhead the stand: up of new functions, and lead M&A efforts as needed
