The opportunity
Render is building a channel partnerships program from the ground up, and we're hiring our first Head of Revenue Partnerships to lead it — reporting to our VP of Revenue. You'll build Render's relationships with development agencies, PE firms, and — over time — systems…
What you'll do
Map partner types: agencies, PE firms, SIs — and determine which are the best fit for Render's product and customer base.
Build relationships with execs at partner firms to understand their priorities, pricing, and delivery models.
Develop commercial agreements with partners to co-sell Render alongside their: own services, to both existing and net-new customers.
Develop Render-specific narrative and enablement materials: decks, pilot frameworks, ROI overviews.
Design co-marketing models with partners: customer dinners, digital campaigns, conferences, and joint events.
Work with our technology partner team to build a co-sell motion for large & enterprise accounts.
What they're looking for
- + years of experience in B2B partnerships, sales, GM/general management, or: solutions engineering roles, ideally at a B2B SaaS, Infra or PLG company.
- A generalist with strong seller DNA: someone who is outcomes-obsessed and comfortable being measured on pipeline creation, deal influence, and revenue, not just relationship-building.
- Comfort building a program without a playbook: you can hypothesize, run small experiments, and iterate quickly rather than waiting for a fully-formed process.
- Real experience working with solutions partners, agencies, or SIs: ideally in co-sell, referral, or partner-sourced revenue motions.
- A proven record of getting deals done: willingness to travel, get in front of partners in person, and find creative ways to keep partners engaged and motivated.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills: you'll work daily with Sales, Delivery/CS, Product Marketing, and Legal, and need to build trust and alignment across all of them.
- Comfort operating at the executive level, both with partner leadership and internally at Render.
- A technical enough orientation to credibly engage with developer-focused: partners and speak to how AI is changing the questions partners are asking.
