Set priorities when demand exceeds supply, represent AD&S with corporate Space Planning and Strategic Real Estate on portfolio assignments and space additions, and present clear recommendations to division leadership when tradeoffs exist.

  • Facility Requirements. Set the standard for how engineering and production: needs become facility requirements for new builds, retrofits, and test sites, working closely with Industrial Engineering and Production.

  • Construction and Launches. Be the single AD&S requirements owner for: corporate Design & Construction on every project, hold it to time and budget, and lead each facility launch across Engineering, Production, and IT so that move in is efficient.
