The opportunity

What you'll do

  • Support a team of Delivery Associates to meet quality standards, achieve: performance metrics, and execute the delivery processes end-to-end

  • Accountability for health & safety compliance, recordkeeping, reporting, and investigation

  • Meeting and exceeding service KPIs, and responding to customer service requests and escalations

  • Conduct morning team huddles to convey safety messaging, quality tips, and: maintain engagement and open communication with employees

  • Perform dispatching functions for drivers while on-road. Direct activities: and provide training, coaching, and guidance

  • Management of employee scheduling and time & attendance

What they're looking for

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety, GMP and: policies/procedures, as well as adherence to PPE/hygiene policies.
  • Help maintain an inclusive workplace culture and relationships with all: staff, delivering on development and retention goals
  • Communicate any issues with Hub Manager and Fleet Asset Specialist
  • Providing End Of Shift reporting to Hub Supervisor with a breakdown of any: on-road incidents and status of any returned boxes.
