What you'll do
Deploy Incoming Quality Strategy, processes and activities.
Set-up Quality resources and tools.
React immediately to any Supplier-related abnormality with urgency bringing: an immediate containment and interim solution to the affected process to protect the internal and external customer.
Challenge containment solutions and execution timing.
Develop and deploy Incoming Quality inspection methods, tools, methodologies and work instructions.
Collaborate with IT team to build and update the incoming Quality SAP module within SAP.
What they're looking for
- Train and coach Incoming Quality team members.
- Monitor Statistical Process Control through SAP when required.
- Ensure Incoming Quality Inspection recording and accuracy.
- Develop quality plans, design test methods and gages, identify potential: failure modes and process weaknesses and drive corrective actions
