What you'll do

  • Perform assigned Fury build operations per work order and standard work, held: to the same quality and pace standard as any technician on the line.

  • Cover stations during absences, surges, and critical-path builds; maintain: qualification on the stations you support.

  • Respond to production calls and own the rework/disposition loop end to end —: from NCR creation through redlined work instructions, ME approval, corrective work, and final quality buyoff.

  • Review engineering drawings and CAD data to confirm requirements and: deviations; draft redlines and corrective instructions for ME approval.

  • Disposition recurring nonconformances with established fixes; escalate novel: or engineering-authority items to MRB / Manufacturing Engineering.

  • Monitor build flow across stations, identify bottlenecks and WIP build-up,: and recommend sequencing changes to keep the line balanced.

What they're looking for

  • Develop and maintain standard work documentation; improve workstation layout,: tooling placement, and material presentation.
  • Execute and support functional and acceptance test procedures for aircraft: systems including hydraulics, fuel, and landing gear.
  • Onboard and cross-train technicians on station standard work, safety, and quality expectations.
  • Share 6S, FOD, and tool-control duties on the line.
