What you'll do
Manage Celonis’ global provisioning activities by ensuring the timely: provisioning of new subscriptions and maintaining existing subscriptions based on customer contracts
Being the point of contact for subscriptions, partners, and internal: stakeholders for all provisioning-related questions
Continuous review of existing processes to identify improvements and automation possibilities
Collaborate with the Product team to maintain the knowledge hub of all: provisioning changes and integrate new solutions
Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliant and state-of-the-art provisioning processes
Support the preparation of monthly reports and help maintain the policy and: documentation repository to ensure it remains accurate and up to date.
What they're looking for
- Participate in team initiatives and process improvement activities, such as: conformance checks and data clean-up exercises.
- Support the FinOps team with ad hoc tasks and booking activities
- Completed bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (B.A. or B.Sc.)
- Relevant working experience in Consulting, Cloud/SaaS Business, Finance, Operations or comparable fields.
