What you'll do
Conduct customer-facing sessions with experienced Deployment Engineers to: discuss ongoing projects, translate strategic objectives into use cases, and receive guidance on best practices.
Assist in gathering and organizing relevant data from various sources,: ensuring data accuracy and consistency for analysis.
Learn to direct AI deployment agents (like Apollo) to build data models,: process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards by helping to write clear specifications.
Conduct exploratory data analysis, utilizing Celonis and other tools to: uncover trends, process inefficiencies, and root causes.
Assist in defining the initial solution design blueprint and configuring: operational solutions across the platform.
Support the validation of AI-generated outputs for accuracy and business: relevance alongside senior team members.
