  • A working knowledge of multiple operating systems (MacOS, Windows, iOS or: Android) and latest hardware including corporate printing solutions.
  • An understanding of corporate software (Slack, Google Workspace, Azure,: Atlassian, Snipe-IT, Intune, Jamf, SureMDM)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate tech talk for any user
