What you'll do
Design and build automations that take repetitive work off of IT Service: Desk, from account provisioning and access requests to common troubleshooting flows, applying AI (LLMs, agents, classification, summarization) where it produces a real efficiency gain.
Ship self-service tools that let internal customers resolve common IT: requests on their own, safely and without waiting on a human agent.
Build creative custom applications and automations that extend the tools and applications we own.
+ years of experience in IT Engineering.
Experience managing productivity, collaboration, and design tools.
Adept in leveraging a programming language, including Python, Go, Rust, etc.

- Proven success in developing end-user applications and workflow automations: for end-to-end continuous integration solutions using REST APIs and Webhooks.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex projects.
