What you'll do
Support all stages of the monthly German payroll cycle, from preparing and: validating inputs through to reconciliation and submission
Respond to employee payroll queries through our ticketing system, resolving them accurately and promptly
Work closely with People Operations to maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation
Support payroll compliance with German tax, labour, and social security legislation
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve payroll processes, reducing manual work where possible
