What you'll do

• Lead, coach and develop subordinate managers.

• Have overall responsibility for staff, budget and work environment.

• Follow up KPIs, results and the development of the operation.

• Drive improvement work and development at a strategic level.

• Be a clear role model and culture carrier for the organization.

• Work closely with the Production Manager, HR and other functions.
