Lead Hardware EngineerNew$42K–$1M
The opportunity
The Anduril Imaging team develops state-of-the-art imaging systems across both hardware and software, deployed to tackle the most significant security challenges of America and its allies. The team is heavily involved in utilizing computer vision, perception, electro-optical,…
What you'll do
Own concept design and hardware architecture decisions for new engineering efforts
Partner with Chief Engineers and product teams to align engineering execution: with broader mission and capability goals.
Lead engineering execution across hardware engineering disciplines. Use a: deep engineering skillset across Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, and Firmware disciplines to create robust system architectures to solve mission needs.
Drive products through NPI: lead initial builds, own clear to build, drive procedure and process generation, define V+V metrics
Sustainment: Own the detailed continuous improvement roadmap and execution, oversee CRB activities, reactively deal with issues that impact the business, ensure timely and robust response to field issues
Prioritize all of the above both within and across products in a mission area
