What you'll do
Work with maintenance coordinators and engineers to prioritize, plan, and: schedule maintenance and repairs for HVAC support equipment on facilities critical systems including air handlers, chilled water condenser pumps, cooling towers, valves, and filters
Maintain preventative maintenance schedule on launch associated HVAC systems
Collaborate with engineering and managers to maintain systems in peak operating condition
Ensure the team follows all regulations and appropriate SpaceX procedures: including quality policies, safety policies, and standards per Occupational Safety and Health Administration, United States Environmental Protection Agency, National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, National Fire Protection Association, The American Society of Mechanical Engineers, National Electrical Code, and other agencies
Execute sitewide processes to increase reliability developments
High school diploma or equivalency diploma
What they're looking for
- + years of maintenance technician experience
- + years of experience with HVAC, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Associate degree or vocational equivalent in HVAC and/or air conditioning systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
