- Define and track event success measures, using data and team member feedback to improve future experiences.
- Explore event technologies and formats, including AI-powered tools, virtual: platforms, and hybrid experiences, and use Internal Communications channels to build awareness and extend event storytelling.
- Experience planning and producing large-scale, complex internal events for: audiences of more than 500 people, ideally within a distributed or remote-first organization.
- Experience in corporate events, team member experience, internal communications, or a related function.
