What you'll do
Support daily/weekly team meetings by participating in ways to help the team improve
Oversee daily shift backlogs. Maintain continual oversight to RFI backlogs: and incoming backlogs to ensure compliance to metric targets
Re-assign daily shift resources to meet demands
Provide input to employees' performance
Function as focal point for area group production coordinators and priorities
Participate in adding to the area’s to-do lists for improvement projects
