What you'll do
Support daily/weekly team meetings by participating in ways to help the team improve
Oversee daily shift backlogs. Maintain continual oversight of RFI backlogs: and incoming backlogs to ensure compliance with metric targets
Reassign daily shift resources to meet demands
Function as a focal point for area group production coordinators and priorities
Participate in adding to the area’s to-do lists for improvement projects
Fulfill resource gaps when shifts are short-handed
