What you'll do
Develop and implement dashboards and tools as needed for the environmental health and safety department.
Analyze data related to environmental monitoring, incident reports, and: safety performance to identify opportunities for data visualization.
Collaborate with teams across all sites to solicit feedback on developed systems.
Provide training sessions and educational materials to employees on awareness: of proper usage of safety applications and visualization platforms.
Collaborate with application software teams and/or contractors to create: application improvements and manage software development projects to completion.
Produce specific metric reports upon request.
What they're looking for
- Identify operational challenges within the organization, lead problem: formulation, determine root cause, and implement creative and effective solutions.
- Communicate effectively with different levels of the organization, including: everything from layout reviews with engineers to presentations with leadership.
- Lead the operations engineers who run these systems. Set their priorities and review their work.
- Staff the team with the hiring manager, including requisitions, interviews,: and leveling for operations engineers.
