The opportunity

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Lead Physician to join our Virtual Health Assessment team.

What you'll do

  • Provide direct high quality, safe patient care via telemedicine (video,: phone, messaging) while working with a multidisciplinary team

  • Provide supervision to a group of APPs (NPs and PAs) who are delivering care: in a virtual environment and provide professional & clinical growth

  • Clinical escalation point for the care delivery team as needed (APPs, RNs, MAs)

  • Support development of clinical guidelines, continuous improvement of care: model, and participate in collaborative projects with Operations and Product team members as a clinical leader

  • Conduct quality assurance audits in addition to required state supervisory audit requirements

  • Ensure a culture of patient safety
