We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce development, Integration, architecture, and a proven track record of implementing intelligent, self-optimizing systems.
What you'll do
Salesforce Architecture & Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, etc.) using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies. Salesforce CPQ configuration and implementation.Deep understanding of the nuances within the Quote-to-Cash domain. Salesforce Integration Patterns and technologies for integrating with upstream/downstream systems
Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews, establishing best practices for Design and Development, and ensuring high-quality, maintainable code. Lead troubleshooting exercise for complex issues
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative solutions.
Deployment and Governance: Manage release cycles, deployment processes (using tools like Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Copado), and maintain platform health, security, and governance standards.
Stay Current: Continuously research and evaluate new Salesforce features, industry trends, and advancements in AI/Agentic technologies to recommend and implement relevant improvements.
AI Proficiency: Stays current on the AI tools and technologies available, and applies them to meaningfully increase velocity on day-to-day work. Has hands-on experience with at least one AI tool, using it as a regular part of their workflow. Acts as an advocate for AI adoption, and open to exploring new tools and use cases as they emerge. Extends that impact beyond their own work by helping teammates ramp up, sharing tips and workflows, and guiding the team toward broader and more effective AI usage
What they're looking for
- Experience with advanced DevOps practices for Salesforce (CI/CD pipelines,: automated testing), version control tools (GitHub) and Copado
- Knowledge of data modeling and management in large-scale Salesforce environments.
- Experience using Jira or similar
