What you'll do
Serve as the primary L&TD point of contact for Crusoe Industries employees and leaders on-site
Deliver soft skills training, facilitation, and development programming for CI employees at all levels
Assess talent development needs on the ground and surface insights back to the L&TD team
Design and adapt learning materials for the CI context
Support onboarding experiences for new CI hires
Build trusting relationships with CI managers and frontline leaders to understand evolving development needs
What they're looking for
- Coordinate and deliver coaching conversations and career development support as needed
- Collaborate with L&TD leadership on programming strategy and cross-site consistency
- –3 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, HR, or a related field
- Comfortable delivering facilitation and training to diverse audiences,: including frontline and operational workforces
