What you'll do
Supervise day-to-day activities of team members
Schedule staff and distribute workload: work closely with US and/or Canadian stakeholders to meet business requirements
Associate managers may need to cover work for their team members and may have: 30% of time dedicated to production responsibilities
Ensure team members meet daily goals and monitor individual and team performance
Develop, implement and maintain effective processes
Proactively generate and share ideas that lead to process efficiency and customer experience improvement
