What you'll do

  • Act as the Deputy to the Logistics Program Manager from initial acquisition: through post-deployment sustainment, ensuring that all logistical elements are executed seamlessly.

  • Coordinate across product, engineering, logistics, and program teams to: integrate logistics considerations and best practices into design, development, and delivery.

  • Assist with the creation, management, and delivery of critical Contract Data: Requirements Lists (CDRLs), including LSPs, LORAs, SSPCLs, IUID Plans, and various Logistics Product Data Summaries.

  • Systematically manage forward-deployed inventory to support ongoing customer: contracts, sustainment operations, and maintenance activities across 34 Installations both CONUS and OCONUS. Ensure physical hardware status, both GFE and non-GFE assets, are accurately mirrored within systems.

  • Support and provide logistics expertise at program milestones (eg. Post Award: Conferences, Provisioning Conference, Critical Design Reviews) and proposal efforts.

  • Assist the planning and development of new site deployment actions across all logistics functions.
