What you'll do

  • Program Management & Logistics Operations

  • Advocate for maintainability requirements within engineering, ensuring that: logistical considerations are integrated into product development and deployment strategies.

  • Influence maintenance concept and support strategy decisions throughout the lifecycle of a system.

  • Serve as the product support subject matter expert to drive influence during: contract negotiations, provide technical credibility in discussions with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure logistics scope and schedule commitments are grounded in cross-functional dependencies.

  • Own the full portfolio of Product Support Contract Data Requirements Lists: (CDRLs) from initial scoping through 30/60/90% review cycles to customer acceptance.

  • Build integrated logistics schedules that map cross-functional dependencies: and identify critical path risks to ensure contractual delivery dates are met.
