What you'll do

  • Perform planned maintenance and unplanned repairs of production line: equipment that includes copper electroplating, chemical etching, ultrapure process water treatment, solder mask printing, automated laser and mechanical drilling, PCB layup and lamination, and/or plasma etching systems

  • Perform planned maintenance and unplanned repairs of production line assets: that includes SMT line equipment, epoxy dispensing printers, conveyor systems, thermal chambers, test reliability chambers, and vacuum systems

  • Read and utilize schematics (mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic) to: troubleshoot systems down to the component level

  • Read and safely execute lockout tagout procedures

  • Utilize diagnostic equipment to monitor equipment performance, diagnose root: cause, and make reliability improvement recommendations

  • Use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges, and common test equipment for: calibration, diagnosis and repair, or maintenance of equipment

What they're looking for

  • Communicate with suppliers, specify requirements, get quotations, and submit: purchase requisitions to purchase necessary items
  • Provide feedback and work with maintenance and engineering and vendor teams: to drive root cause of equipment downtime
  • Conduct training for production personnel
  • Operate material handling equipment including, but not limited to, scissor lifts and forklifts
