What you'll do

  • System Development: Assist in the design and implementation of machine vision systems for industrial automation, quality inspection, defect detection, and process monitoring.

  • Hardware Setup: Help select, test, validate, and maintain core vision components including cameras, lenses, lighting, and controllers.

  • Deployment & Support: Participate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of vision systems on production lines under the guidance of senior engineers.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate inspection systems and receive technical mentorship from senior engineering staff.

  • Troubleshooting: Help investigate and resolve vision system errors and process failures using root-cause analysis methods.

  • Training Assistance: Assist in training production staff on daily operation, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance of vision equipment.

What they're looking for

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science,: Physics, Robotics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience or academic project work: involving machine vision systems or manufacturing environments.
  • Vision Platforms: Exposure to or basic familiarity with industrial hardware ecosystems like Cognex, Keyence, Basler, or Sick.
  • Programming: Foundational coding skills in Python, C#, or C++.
