What you'll do
Pay - starting at $26 per hour depending on experience
On Call Bonus: $150 per week (calls or no calls) plus additional $150 per holiday on call bonus
Quarterly Bonus: $1,110 potential (based on performance of property and team)

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 4 years trade related experience: with at least 1 year of hands on apartment maintenance lead, assistant or supervisory experience.
Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance including: electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry
What they're looking for
- EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal).
- Hands on HVAC repair experience required
- Computer skills: use business software to assign and manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies and communicate via email.
- Willing to share on-call with other team members.
