Weinstein Properties is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician - EPA certified to join our team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity at a well-maintained community with strong leadership, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.
What you'll do
Pay: $24-27/hour (pay specific to 3Sixty Flats property)
$150/week (calls or no calls)
Additional $150 per holiday on-call
Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance
