Weinstein Properties is looking for a Maintenance Technician - Make Ready to join our team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity at a well-maintained community with strong leadership, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.
What you'll do
Pay: starting at $20/hour | $21/hour (if you are or when you become EPA certified)
$1,500 sign-on bonus (details discussed during interview)
On-call pay: $150/week (calls or no calls)
Additional $150 per holiday on-call
Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance
