Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.

What you'll do

  • Provide comprehensive diagnostic, preventive, and corrective maintenance for: Redwood’s production facilities, minimizing equipment downtime.

  • Conduct routine inspections to proactively identify and address potential issues.

  • Complete electromechanical component repair and replacement.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex electromechanical problems promptly.

  • Participate in safety audits and investigations, implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Collaborate in planning and scheduling maintenance with maintenance planners,: maintenance supervisors, and maintenance managers.

What they're looking for

  • Manage equipment maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems.
  • Work in a team environment with a mentality of Safety, Quality of Work and Urgency.
  • Troubleshoot electrical control systems, including motors and PLCs.
  • Maintain daily production records, key performance indicators, and downtime information.
