What you'll do
Provide comprehensive diagnostic, preventive, and corrective maintenance for: Redwood’s production facilities, minimizing equipment downtime.
Conduct routine inspections to proactively identify and address potential issues.
Complete electromechanical component repair and replacement.
Diagnose and resolve complex electromechanical problems promptly.
Participate in safety audits and investigations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate in planning and scheduling maintenance with maintenance planners,: maintenance supervisors, and maintenance managers.
What they're looking for
- Manage equipment maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems.
- Work in a team environment with a mentality of Safety, Quality of Work and Urgency.
- Troubleshoot electrical control systems, including motors and PLCs.
- Maintain daily production records, key performance indicators, and downtime information.
