Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.

What you'll do

  • Develop, implement, and support manufacturing and operational processes to: meet production, quality, and business objectives

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment and systems in: accordance with established procedures and safety standards

  • Analyze operational and production data (e.g., yield, throughput, downtime,: cost) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate operational, technical, and financial: documentation, including reports, logs, and process records

  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Engineering, Manufacturing,: Quality, Supply Chain, Finance) to support day-to-day operations

  • Support planning and execution activities related to production schedules,: materials, and cost or resource utilization

What they're looking for

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory and safety requirements
  • High school Diploma or Equivalent. Associates degree, Trade School, and/or: Military technical highly preferred.
  • Extensive technical expertise in troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and process improvement.
  • Hands-on experience disassembling and reassembling complex mechanical systems.
