What you'll do
Develop, implement, and support manufacturing and operational processes to: meet production, quality, and business objectives
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment and systems in: accordance with established procedures and safety standards
Analyze operational and production data (e.g., yield, throughput, downtime,: cost) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Prepare and maintain accurate operational, technical, and financial: documentation, including reports, logs, and process records
Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Engineering, Manufacturing,: Quality, Supply Chain, Finance) to support day-to-day operations
Support planning and execution activities related to production schedules,: materials, and cost or resource utilization
What they're looking for
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory and safety requirements
- High school Diploma or Equivalent. Associates degree, Trade School, and/or: Military technical highly preferred.
- Extensive technical expertise in troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and process improvement.
- Hands-on experience disassembling and reassembling complex mechanical systems.
