What you'll do
Manage a team of direct and indirect reports within the construction team,: including but not limited to construction project engineers, MEP engineers, designers, architects, and other individuals supporting construction projects
Coordinate workload for individuals and steer prioritization
Forecast and respond to construction project issues and escalations
Interface with senior leaders (VP/executive) and provide construction updates
Improve process planning by which construction projects are formulated,: priced, approved, executed, and reviewed; implement full lifecycle improvements with the goal of providing on-time and under budget delivery with customer satisfaction
Perform construction project management responsibilities as follows: Manage tools and folder systems relating to the organization of our construction projects
What they're looking for
- Meet with end users/customers to establish scope of work
- Provide budgetary cost based upon the preliminary scope of the project
- Gather proposals from architects, engineers and contractors, and assign: contracts upon receipt of all proposals
- Develop the final cost and schedule for the project, and implement controls: as needed to manage cost, schedule and scope
