What you'll do
Build, lead, and mentor a team of Digital Tools Engineers
Set team goals, manage performance, and foster professional development
Establish and maintain team processes, workflows, and operational excellence standards
Allocate resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects and priorities
Define and drive the strategic roadmap for digital tools and software adoption
Partner with senior leadership to align software initiatives with business objectives
What they're looking for
- MBA or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Track record of building and scaling technical teams in high-growth environments
- Hands-on experience with modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps)
- Direct experience with ArsenalOS or similar manufacturing execution systems
- Background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools for manufacturing operations
