What you'll do
Lead, grow, and develop a team of roughly 4-8 library engineers: coaching, giving direct feedback, and empowering senior ICs as technical leaders owning outcomes
Own team delivery and productivity: planning, milestones, reviews
Collaborate with Product teams to:
Reshape and grow our platform capabilities to enable product teams
Define and deliver industry leading, open-source, zero-touch APM instrumentation
Stay technically close to the work: apply strong technical judgment, set a high standard for quality, contribute code where it matters most, and keep quality and architecture high
