The opportunity
Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Manager, Investor Relations to join our Investor Relations.
What you'll do
Quarterly earnings. Assist with the quarterly earnings process by supporting: preparation of the earnings release, prepared remarks, Q&A, and coordinating cross-functional input to help ensure accuracy and consistent messaging.
Sell-side and market intelligence. Monitor sell-side coverage, consensus: estimates, and peer and industry developments, compare analyst models to internal expectations, and synthesize analyst and investor sentiment into concise insights for key stakeholders across the organization, including executive management.
Investor engagement . Coordinate and manage investor meetings, conferences,: and non-deal roadshows, and support relationships with equity research analysts and institutional investors.
Targeting and outreach. Leverage data and analytics to identify and target: investors, and support the development and execution of outreach and engagement strategies that strengthen and diversify the shareholder base.
Shareholder and market intelligence. Track ownership and trading activity: through stock-surveillance partners and report trends and insights to key stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
