What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals including Buyers,: Sourcing Engineers, and Subcontract Managers.

  • Provide hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship to build team capability and expertise.

  • Hire world-class talent to support the rapid expansion of the team.

  • Drive organizational consistency and expectations through key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals,: targeting supply continuity, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization at scale.

  • Negotiate complex commercial terms and Master Supply Agreements (MSAs) to: establish best-in-class pricing, quality, flexibility, delivery, payment, warranty, and service terms.

What they're looking for

  • MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Previous experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, high tech, or another related industry.
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proven leadership in driving and influencing large teams toward common goals.
  • Strong team player who can adapt to different roles to support team progress,: including individual contributor tasks while managing a team.
