• Execute program cost projections and forecasting, ensuring consistency in: monthly program-level cost/fee projections.

What they're looking for

• Oversee program general conditions, cost projections, and manage project cash: flow, including analysis of multiple components.
• Lead the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate owner billing, and: oversee processes for reviews and billing submissions.
• Manage the check selection process and ensure proper payment release procedures.
• Lead the change management team to ensure timely submission of changes and: compliance with contract requirements.
