- Manage work ticketing system to ensure correct staff and timely responses to break/fix requests
- Partner with construction and internal teams to develop, plan, and execute: site improvement projects in accordance with overall business objectives and strategy
- Maintain high-end greenspaces, break areas, conference zones, and: executive-facing spaces to world-class standards
